Create a Working Alliance
I have been offering clinical supervision for a number of years and hold a diploma in Clinical Supervision (2002) – registered with UKCP as a clinical supervisor.
I currently supervise counselling and psychotherapy students and qualified therapists working across a number of different settings.
I also offer supervision to non–clinical staff working for organisations and teams concerned with sexual violence support and safeguarding. I have a lot of experience of working within a multi agency and safeguarding approach.
My Supervision Approach
I aim to work collaboratively to create a working alliance in which therapy practice can be explored and understanding developed and deepened. I work alongside my supervisees to help support them to make their own way in their professional development and also to reflect upon their own professional development.
